I’m an executive in my 60s. My doctor told me to lose weight but I failed several times. Although I lost my weight temporarily, I couldn't keep it because I couldn’t control my appetite or say NO to my friends asking me out for some drinks. I repeated ups and downs for years. My weight well exceeded 100kg and I couldn’t fit in my clothes anymore. Then I was introduced to this talented trainer, Hiroki. I was going to sign up in a well-known personal training gym at that time. Being at my age, I was worried if I could even exercise but I set my goal anyway and got my individualised exercise program and diet advices to start. 

My business was busy then so it took about 3 months instead of 2 but I successfully lost 20.5 kg. 

My friends and business partners were really surprised to see me so changed. Some of them even thought I was sick or something. 

Achieving my goal demanded a strong mind and effort from me in the first place but I could never achieve it without Hiroki's support. 

Now I’m finished with a 16 time course but I’m still exercising to lose 10 more kilos.

I’m 34 years old, office worker. 

Now, I’m training to make a debut on an amateur shoot boxing ring. 

I asked Hiroki to make a periodised training plan for 6 months and personal training at a gym. 

In the beginning, I was just telling him something abstract, something I was Imagining in my mind. Because he also has much knowledge outside of training, he gave me a specific and accurate advices for diet, supplements, etc so I feel that my performance at Dojo is improving too.

I signed up to improve my golf score because I felt that I could move my body much better soon after I had a trial session.

First, I noticed that my swing got better. What was convincing was that my friends also started to say that my swing got better.

Mobility of my hip joints got better than before, accuracy and flight distance of my shot improved a lot and I won't be tired after 18 holes.

I naturally obtained a correct way of moving my body because my trainer provided me with a custom made program and the way he explained things was very easy to understand.

I'm really happy with the outcome because I didn't only get physical improvements but also I improved my psychological ​aspect to play in a second half strongly!

I did a circuit training with my friends.

We started nicely with some stretches and did 3 types of exercise for 45sec each and switched around.

I knew that it was better to focus on the body parts I was using while exercising but he advised me to focus on my core too while doing dumbell work, which I never expected so I started sweating soon. 

I felt that his training would change my body.

I'm looking forward to hitting some balls at a driving range to see if I have improved my swing. ​

I took a group exercise lesson. ​

Even tough it was a group session, Hiroki taught me personally  what I needed to do, which body part I needed to focus on so I felt that it would be an effective training for sure.

I think I like the group session better than a personal session so I enjoyed it very much. I appreciate that my trainer took me through the session gently and kindly.

The gym was neat and clean as well.

Hiroki stretched my body parts especially the ones I used in the session with the right pressure, which was really relaxing. 

With the personal stretch, I could have my whole body stretched thoroughly. Especially I felt great in my legs, which was as if they were lighter. ​

Also, Hiroki pointed out the conditions of my body like tightness, difference between right and left etc so I can train and stretch to make my body healthy and fit.​
