<Career>
I studied sports science and exercise physiology in Australia. I trained top athletes at a sports club and rehabilitated patients in hospital in New South Wales.
After I came back, I worked in a gym in hospital. My clients were athletes, people after operations and rehabs as well as old people with/without morbidities.
Then I moved to Tokyo and worked in a cutting edge gym. I had many clients for weight control and trained many golfers as one of my specialities and runners.
One of my strong points is that I can provide a broad range of clients with individualised and specific programs.

<Concept>
My concept is to better "a quality of life" so I do not only solve clients' basic demands but also I always have a whole picture of each client so that I can train them while focusing on their lives/ways of living.
I also look at psychological aspects so the clients will naturally get to understand what's important and how to deal with things correctly.

There are wide range of lessons such as Weight Loss, Sports Performance Improvement, Health Conditioning, etc.
Even though there is no lesson that you like, you can still send a request because they are only examples and an individualised program will be made for you anyway!

Group Training
Not confident enough to take a personal lesson?! Want to work out with friends?!
Group up with 2 - 4 and let's have some fun exercises while burning calories or even improving performances.
Groups can consist of kids, adults or family.
Sessions can be at the gym provided here, your home, a park or anywhere you like! (transport fee may be charged depending on distance)
On-site Training
If you don't have enough time or don't want to come to the gym, you can have sessions at your home, a gym near you, or a park etc.
This could be the most efficient and effective way for you to achieve your goal.
It will be better to work out at a gym but there are a lot you can do without fancy training machines so let's just get started!
