The lesson can be something like "Let's get fit" with your friends/family or, "Flat-out training" with your team on a field etc. This program includes: Counseling & Measurement, Diet advice, Home exercises 60min × 16sessions for 2 ¥270,000 60min × 16sessions for 3 ¥330,000 60min × 16sessions for 4 ¥380,000 60min × 1session per 1 ¥8,000
Cancellation Policy
When you cancel or postpone your session, you must inform by 24 hours prior to your session time. If you fail to inform by a deadline, you will be asked to make a payment of 100% session fee, or it will be counted as 1 session.
