I had Golf Yoga event with Yoga teacher Eriko.
In the first half, we checked students' body movements for golf such as flexibility, strength and rotational skills at specific joints. We explained why it's important to train those body parts.
In the second half, Eriko did yoga to improve their body movements.
The students found out what's really important for golf and their bpdies in general.
Hint: Gluteal muscle is the king of gollf!
