Golf yoga event with a lovely yoga teacher Eriko again.
This time we used a check list from Titlist Performance Institute so that students could see what their weak points are.
Some of them had tight back muscle, some had inflexibility in their hit joints and some had weak gluteal muscle.
Those conditions all lead to errors.
The students could know what they need to do to improve their golf.
Eriko took them through yoga so they could practically learn how to fix their errors in yoga poses.
If you are stuck in one certain error and you're not sure if you are getting out of it even though you are learning from someone, maybe it's time you had a check and a yoga lesson.
